Who is Covered Bridge for
At Covered Bridge, we welcome adults with a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and support needs. Our community is designed to support older adults (generally age 65 and older) who desire assistance with daily living and the companionship of a supportive community, as well as younger (and older) adults who may require assistance due to physical disabilities, chronic conditions, or mental health needs.
Our approach is inclusive and person-centered. Each resident receives an individualized care plan based on their unique abilities, goals, and preferences, with an emphasis on dignity, independence, and quality of life.
