Our Story & Philosophy of Care

Covered Bridge Assisted Living is privately owned and operated, with a 22+ year family history in the assisted living and care services industry. Our experience is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals not only receive care—but truly thrive and live fulfilling lives.

We believe assisted living should feel like home, because it IS our residents home. Our philosophy centers on building genuine relationships, honoring personal choice, and creating a supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and empowered to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

Every decision we make—from daily routines to care planning—is guided by compassion, respect, and the belief that quality care is personal and this is reflected in the hearts of the staff that we hire (many with a CNA and other care-giving experience) and we train specifically to meet the various needs of our residents. 

Our team knows every resident by name and knows their personality and likes/dislikes and our residents know every employee by first name as well.
