The resident "daily rate" will be set by an assessment determining the amount of care and services that are required each day and this amount can change as the residents needs change. This assessment is done by our Registered Nurse and if County/State assistance and/or Insurance are part of the equation, with help from your social worker as well as your insurance representative. 
 

This amount can be paid in one or any combination of the following ways as determined by Stearns County and your insurance (unless fully "Private Pay"), and generally is covered by Medical Assistance, a grant (housing assistance), the residents determined Spend-Down and/or Co-Pay, Private Pay or any combination of the above. This amount will be determined after the assessment is complete.

For Private Pay, rooms generally start at $4500.00 per person (we have private and semi-private rooms) and this amount includes meals and all basic services and additional adjustments to the rate are determined based on the needs of the resident.
